The note reportedly set deadlines, demanding one amount by Thursday evening and a higher amount if delayed until Monday. However, after the message was sent to media outlets, there was no further contact—no proof of life, no instructions, and no direct communication with the family or police. Eight days after Nancy Guthrie was last seen, authorities still report no suspects, no persons of interest, and no vehicles linked to the case. The investigation remains active but inconclusive.

Over the weekend, Nancy Guthrie’s children—Savannah, Camron, and Annie—released a public video appeal asking for her safe return.
